PRIVACY POLICY

Robod S.A. attaches particular importance to respect for the privacy of users visiting websites under the pl-safety.rubix.com domain.  The data gathered in logs are used only and exclusively for the website control purposes. We do not seek to identify the users of ROBOD SA websites.  No identification information is transferred to any third party for any purposes.

The website collects information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
•    through information voluntarily entered into forms.
•    through cookie files (the so-called “cookies”) stored in end devices.

Personal Data Controller
According to the Regulation 2016/679 - regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR”) ROBOD S.A. with its seat at ul. Trakt Św. Wojciecha 223/225, 80-017 Gdańsk, informs that it is the Controller of the Personal Data provided by you in a special purpose form. Completing and sending the contact form available on the website shall imply the provision of personal data contained in the form.

The personal data provided by the Client shall be processed by ROBOD S.A.:
a) to carry out the order, including the shipment to the address provided by the client (art. 6, section 1, letter b) of GDRP);
b) for analytical purposes, e.g. to customise the website to the users’ needs based on the comments and interests reported by the users, which is the Seller’s legitimate interest (art. 6, section 1, letter f) of GDRP);
b) for archival (evidence-related) purposes to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is the Seller’s legitimate interest (art. 6, section 1, letter f) of GDRP);
b) to potentially determine, pursue or in defence against a claim, which is the Seller’s legitimate interest (art. 6, section 1, letter f) of GDRP);
e) to comply with legal obligations relating to the storage of tax data (art. 6, section 1, letter c) of GDRP);
b) for direct marketing of its own products and services, which is the Seller’s legitimate interest (art. 6, section 1, letter f) of GDRP).

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you provide your personal data on a voluntary basis; however, it shall be required in order for the ordered newsletter to be sent. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data, i.e. your e-mail address, shall be your consent (art. 6, section 1, letter a) of GDRP) which can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us at the above mentioned e-mail address or in another way. The withdrawal of the consent shall have no effect on the compliance with the right to process in case when the processing was performed based on the consent before its withdrawal. Your data shall be processed only for the newsletter to be sent until the consent is withdrawn.

The data entered by you when filling in the on-line form shall be protected by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

The data shall be processed for the retention period, available for review at ROBOD S.A.

You shall have the right to access your data, to have your data rectified if incorrect, to demand erasure of your data, to demand restriction of data processing, the right to data portability, to object to the processing of your data, to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office regarding the unlawful processing of your personal data by ROBOD S.A..

The Seller shall not make automated decisions, which also means that it shall not perform profiling and shall not transfer data beyond the territory of Poland.

Collection of Data
As is standard practice for most websites, we shall store http requests addressed to our server. The resources being browsed shall be identified by means of URL addresses. Detailed list of information stored in web server log files:

•    public IP address of the computer from which the request came (this may be directly the user’s computer)
•    name of the client station - identification via the http protocol if possible,
•    user name given in the authorization process,
•    request arrival time,
•    first line of the http request,
•    http response code,
•    number of bytes sent by the server,
•    URL address of the website previously visited by the user (referer link) - if the user has accessed the Office website via a link,
•    information about user's browser,
•    information about errors which occurred during the  implementation of the http transaction,

These data shall not be associated with any specific persons browsing the websites of ROBOD SA In order to ensure the highest possible quality of the website, we shall occasionally analyse log files to determine which websites are visited most frequently, which web browsers are used, whether the website structure contains any errors etc.

Data Use
The collected logs shall be stored for an indefinite period of time as auxiliary material used for the administration of the website. The information contained therein shall not be disclosed to anyone other than those authorised to administer the server and network of ROBOD SA. Statistics can be generated based on the log files to assist in administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics shall not contain any identifying characteristics of the visitors to the site.

Disclosure/Communication of Personal Data
The personal data collected by ROBOD SA may be transferred to entities collaborating with ROBOD SA for purposes related to the service provided to you. Individual/Dedicated to Services Provided to Some Clients.

The personal data collected shall not be disclosed to any other persons or entities unless required by applicable law or a relevant agreement has been concluded to guarantee the protection of your rights and privacy.

Newsletter
The provision of personal data shall be voluntary, but it shall be necessary for the ordered newsletter to be sent. POLICY OF COOKIES

System of Cookies
The System of Cookies shall neither be used to acquire any information about the users of the website nor to track their navigation. The Cookie files used in the ROBOD SA websites shall not store any personal data or any other information collected from the users. After a session is over (e.g. after the user has gone to websites outside the pl-safety.rubix.com domain), the information saved shall be deleted.

Amendments
In the event of a change to the current privacy policy, the above provision shall be amended accordingly.

Information about Cookie Files on Websites and Applications under pl-safety.rubix.com Domain
A cookie file shall be a small text file which is sent by a website server (hereinafter "WWW") and stored in the memory of the user’s device. This file shall notify the WWW site server that a specific person is visiting the website once more.

Our Rules on Cookie Files
