How to change/reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password or you want to change it, you can get a new one by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on the Log In page. You will be asked to enter your email address associated with your RUBIX account. Once entered, click "Submit". We will send you an email which contains a link. This link can only be used once to log in and will lead you to a page where you can set your password. After you've created a new password, it will become active right away.

Another way to change your password is to go to the menu "My profile/Configuration/Edit".


How can I find my product?
Use the search engine: in the header, you can enter a text into the search bar. In this case, the search engine will show you the results that best match your search. The text you enter can be: a name of a product, a reference, a brand. The predictive search will also suggest you some propositions when you enter at least 3 characters.

When you get a result page after a search or after going to a category, you will have also filters on the left column of your screen to narrow down the results and help you to find the right product that fit your need.

Why some products are showing a price range instead of a net price?
Some products have price variations, depending on he size you choose. That's why, for the same product, the price is not always the same.

Why can't I add a product to the basket (the "add to cart" button is grey)?
A lot of products have size variations and not unique size. So, you must first choose your size and a quantity before you can add the product to the cart.

What is the signification of the stock pictograms?
Green: the product is available in our warehouse. We are able to ship you this product in 48 hours.
Orange: the product is available in one of our secondary warehouse or at the supplier. We can give you the delivery date on request.

On the product page, how to select multiple sizes?
Choose a size by selecting the one you need and enter the quantity. A new "size" select box will appear below, so that you can choose another size with the associated quantity and so on.

How to confirm my order?
In the header, on the right, click on the "My Cart" picto. You will then see the fly-out cart including all the products that have been already added to the cart. To continue processing your order, click on the "Proceed to check out" button. 

What is the checkout?
The check out page is divided in three sections: customer info, shipping info and payment & checkout.

  • In the "customer info" section, you will be asked to confirm your delivery address and your billing adress.
  • In the "shipping info" section, you will select the shipping method. 
  • In the "payment & checkout" section, you will select the payment method.


When will I receive my order confirmation email?
Immediately after placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation email.

Is it possible to see all the orders I have placed?
Yes, if you go to the "My profile/My Orders" section, you will have an overview of all the orders you have placed on the webshop.

Can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order, the order is sent immediately to our warehouse to process for delivery, meaning cancelation cannot be made.

The item I want is currently available but not in stock in your warehouse. How can I get the delivery date?
Contact your sales representative to get this information. 


What delivery options are you offering?

Currently, we have carrier partners who collect the packages from our warehouse and deliver them to our customers.

What are the average delivery times?
The product available/in stock are delivered in 15 days max.
